Over decades, I became confused and frustrated with the VA disability claims process. Michelle and her organization were recommended to me by a friend who was going through the process with her. I retired in 2013. I filed for my VA benefits in 2014 and 2015. The VA told me that my conditions and injuries were non-service related. I was given the doctors appointments overseas because of my job.
I went to the appointments totally unprepared. Being a soldier, we tend to down play our injuries and conditions due to the fact that we are used to pushing through for the mission. Thats not what is supposed to happen. They should fix you or provide proper compensation.
My previous doctors did not know how to write up my conditions. I stayed in the work force much longer than I should have due being denied and feeling like I was begging for what was owed to me.

They submitted my intent to file in June after reviewing my records. 06-13 July, I had my appointments. 2 weeks later, I received notice that I had gone from 0 to 100%. They are amazing. When my friend first told me about your service, I was very hesitant. As veterans, our personal information is vital to us, and I was naturally cautious. However, after hearing about his positive experience, and those of his friends, I decided to take a chance.

Hello, fellow veterans. Like many of you, I found myself stuck in the V.A. claims process, with claim after claim being denied by the Veterans Affairs office. It often felt as though they took pleasure in denying my requests. I was then referred to a company called "For the Brave." After contacting them, I scheduled a video consultation with Ms. Michelle Maglinas. She clearly explained the process, and we proceeded from there. To my surprise, the process was easier than I had anticipated; her staff were both friendly and professional. If you need assistance, I highly encourage you to give them a try. In less than four weeks, I was approved for 100% Permanent and Total disability.
Michelle and her team were absolutely amazing in my whole VA process!! I had no idea on how to start and who to turn to! They made the process so smooth, made me feel heard, and took amazing care of me! I do not think I can put into words how much this company means to me.
